We Are Here. Tell Us What You Need.
MenuMeat is built on accurate information and real relationships — with the restaurants we list and the diners who use the platform every day. When something is not working, when you have a question we have not answered, or when you want to build something with us, we want to hear from you directly.
We do not route every message through a chatbot or a ticket queue designed to make you give up. You fill out the form, tell us what you need, and a real person reads it.
Response times vary by inquiry type — most requests are handled within one to two business days.
By submitting this form you agree to our friendly privacy policy.
Using MenuMeat
If a menu is outdated, a listing has incorrect information, a photo does not match the dish, or you encountered something on the platform that did not work as expected — we want to know. MenuMeat’s usefulness depends entirely on the accuracy of what we publish. A report from a diner is often the fastest way we learn something needs to be corrected.
You can also reach out if you want to suggest a restaurant that is not yet listed, report a review you believe is fraudulent or misleading, or ask a general question about how the platform works.
Your Restaurant on MenuMeat
If you own or manage a restaurant and want to create a listing, claim an existing page, update menu details, or remove a listing entirely — this form is how you start that process. MenuMeat gives every restaurant full control over their page. Ownership verification is required before any changes to an existing listing are made, to protect restaurants from unauthorized edits.
If you are already listed and need help updating your menu, adding photos, changing your hours, or switching to a different menu format, use the form below and select the relevant option. If your restaurant was listed without your knowledge and you want it removed or claimed, we handle that with priority.
Work With MenuMeat
MenuMeat is actively building the most complete and reliable restaurant menu guide in the United States. If you represent a brand, a food publication, a restaurant group, a hospitality technology company, or any organization whose work intersects with how people discover and choose restaurants — we are open to conversations.
Partnership inquiries might include co-marketing opportunities, data licensing, integration with reservation or ordering platforms, media and editorial collaborations, or restaurant group onboarding for multi-location businesses. We evaluate every inquiry on its own merits and respond to those that represent a genuine fit.
What Happens After You Submit
Every message submitted through this form is read by a member of the MenuMeat team. We do not use automated responses as a substitute for a real reply — though you will receive an automated confirmation immediately after submitting, so you know your message came through.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my restaurant listed on MenuMeat?
Use the contact form above, select “Restaurant owner or manager,” and choose “Create a new restaurant listing.” Alternatively, you can begin the self-serve listing process directly from the homepage. The contact form is best if you have questions before you start, or if you are listing multiple locations as part of a group.
Someone created a listing for my restaurant without my permission. What do I do?
Select “Claim an existing listing” in the contact form. Include your restaurant name, location, and any documentation confirming your ownership or management role. We will verify your identity and transfer control of the page to you. Unauthorized listings are not eligible to receive or display customer reviews until ownership is confirmed.
A menu on MenuMeat has the wrong prices or dishes. How do I report it?
If you are a diner, use the form and select “Report incorrect menu information.” Include the restaurant name, the specific dish or section that is wrong, and what the correct information is if you know it. We flag the listing and notify the restaurant within 24 hours. If you are the restaurant owner, select “Update menu, prices, or photos” and we will walk you through the correction process or give you direct access to update it yourself.
I left a review and it was removed. Why?
Reviews are removed when they do not meet MenuMeat’s verified customer experience standards — either because the visit could not be confirmed, because the content violated our review guidelines, or because it was flagged as part of a suspicious submission pattern. If you believe your review was removed in error, use the contact form, select “General question or feedback,” and reference your review in the message. We will look into it and explain the decision.
Can I advertise my restaurant on MenuMeat?
MenuMeat does not sell paid placement in search results or dish rankings. Featured positions on the platform are determined by verified customer activity, not advertising spend. If you are interested in a formal partnership or co-marketing arrangement, use the form and select the relevant business inquiry option.
I represent a media outlet and want to cover MenuMeat. Who do I contact?
Use the form, select “Business or partnership inquiry,” and choose “Media or editorial collaboration.” Include your publication name, what you are working on, and your deadline if relevant. We respond to press inquiries within two business days.
